L’Esprit Literary Review 2025 Leopold Bloom Prize for Innovative Narration

In a short story or novel excerpt of up to 5,000 words, we’re searching for risk-adept narration that challenges the conventions of prose and composition. Judged by Michael Nath, the winner receives $500 and print publication. All submissions include a digital edition of L’Esprit Issue Five, due out in late October 2024, featuring work from Lucy Ives, Kat Meads, and more. Entry fees start at $10 for a standard submission, with an expedited response option (reply within 72 hours) available for $15.
