Monkey and Dog serves as a place for children to find, read, and talk about their favorite books. Doing our part to encourage the next generation of readers, we have carefully chosen books from national and state reading awards lists, from teachers’ and counselors’ recommendations, and from a life-long voracious reader’s favorites. We prescribe NOT to the pedagogic view of making learning fun, but rather that learning IS fun, challenging, and joyful.
